As Client Service Manager, Inés plays a pivotal role in managing your account operations, including the seamless facilitation of forms, distributions and contributions, and scheduling account reviews.. From ongoing communications with you to ensuring the highest standards of service, Inés handles each interaction with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Inés brings with her a wealth of experience, having spent eight years in the industry, notably with Strategic Financial Partners, Merit Financial Advisors, and most recently at Morgan Stanley as the Operations Lead and Senior Client Service Associate.
Inés’ extensive background in operations, proven track record of fostering relationships, attention to detail, passion for client service, and strong interpersonal skills make her a tremendous asset to the team.
On a personal note, Inés is dedicated not only to her professional growth but also to her family and community. She enjoys spending time with her three college-aged children and has a passion for charity work, event planning, and marketing. Outside of the office, you might find her at the gym, attending concerts, hiking, or hosting gatherings.
